Becky is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a background in professional football, having worked with Grays Athletic, Colchester United, and West Ham United before completing a Master’s in Physiotherapy. Her passion for sports rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and orthopaedics led her to establish Nutts Physiotherapy Ltd, which continues to grow across London and Essex.
With a “movement is medicine” ethos, Becky focuses on tailored rehabilitation programmes, whether helping clients recover from surgery, return to sport, or improve everyday mobility. She brings a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, combined with a people-first approach, ensuring every client feels supported, educated, and empowered to achieve their goals.
Outside of clinic life, Becky is a keen runner, cyclist, and advocate of resistance training for lifelong health.

Alexios is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of East London and has built a strong clinical background across private practice, occupational health, and NHS settings.
Alexios works as a Senior Physiotherapist in a busy private clinical setting, specialising in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. He is skilled in delivering evidence-based treatment, including acupuncture as a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, with a focus on reducing pain, restoring function, and supporting long-term recovery.
Previously, Alexios worked as a First Contact Physiotherapist within the NHS, independently triaging and managing patients with complex presentations. His experience also includes occupational physiotherapy, where he supported patients in returning to work safely through tailored rehabilitation and workplace adaptations.
Born in Greece, Alexios maintains strong ties with his home country and enjoys travelling back to spend time with family and friends. He is passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and regularly trains in the gym, which also enhances his understanding of movement, rehabilitation, and performance.

Olivia is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), ensuring she maintains high professional and clinical standards.
Olivia is also qualified to provide traditional acupuncture under AACP standards. She currently works in private practice at a local hospital in the Musculoskeletal Outpatient Unit, where she is developing her clinical expertise and building a strong client base.
Olivia has a particular interest in strength rehabilitation and exercise-based therapy. Alongside her physiotherapy training, she is completing a Level 4 strength and conditioning qualification and is a qualified gym instructor. This enables her to support patients from early-stage rehabilitation through to higher-level performance or return to sport. Outside of work, she is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle as a regular gym-goer, with a background in competitive horse riding and previous non-competitive muay thai training.
Olivia’s personal interest in fitness and movement informs her rehabilitation approach, helping her motivate patients and tailor programmes to their individual goals from start to finish.

Hope is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people return to the activities they love, whether that means getting back to sport, staying active, or moving without pain. She has a particular interest in sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and enjoys supporting patients through recovery and return-to-play with a collaborative, patient-focused approach.
Alongside her clinic work, Hope regularly works with local football teams and has completed a placement at Leyton Orient FC, where she gained valuable experience supporting athletes through injury rehabilitation. She is currently studying a part-time Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University of London, further strengthening her clinical knowledge and treatment skills.
Hope also has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including pelvic health and women’s health concerns, as well as working with children and young people. Through her role as a multi-sports coach, she has developed a strong ability to engage younger patients, helping them build confidence and enjoyment in physical activity.
Outside of work, she stays active through weight training, running, and setting new fitness goals, and she recently completed her first half marathon with her sights now set on a Hyrox event.
